Ariana Solis Gómez
Founder 

Ariana is driven by a deep-rooted conviction: the urgent need for organizations to bridge the gap between their internal cultures and the evolving demands of their employees and consumers.

Drawing on her extensive background in strategic communications DEI, and community engagement, Ariana identified a pressing need for corporations to invest in cultivating inclusive cultures that resonate with employees and consumers alike. Her tenure at Culture ONE World as a Senior Vice President underscored the transformative power of aligning internal values with external messaging, driving not only employee satisfaction but also bolstering brand integrity and market relevance.

 

Prior to her role at Culture ONE World, Ariana served as a director of strategic communications for a leading global law firm, where she spearheaded reputation management and brand strategies. Her experience in Washington, D.C.'s public relations arena equipped her with invaluable insights into the symbiotic relationship between organizational culture, stakeholder engagement, and public perception.

Ariana's academic journey, culminating in a Master's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and advocacy for inclusive practices.

 

Ariana's vision extends beyond merely addressing diversity quotas; she aims to spark a cultural revolution within organizations, where inclusivity is not just a buzzword but a core value ingrained in every facet of operations.
